Applications:Styrene sodium is widely used as the mediates of the interaction between organic and inorganic compounds in many production process because of its unique chemical structure. Styrene sodium has the following characteristics: (1) Very low toxicity compared with other sulfonic acid materials. (2)Higher reactivity (3) good interpolymerization, (4) No decomposed in water.

Specific gravity of sodium styrene 5.5, thermal decomposition at 330degree Celsius, no smell, soluble in water. In general, it is insoluble in the solvents such as the aliphatic and high ethanol except polar organic solvents. This product is used in dyeing modifier (PAN fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyester, rayon), reaction emulsifier, water-soluble polymer (cohesion agent, dispersing agent, container cleaning agents, cosmetics), sulfur (dialysis membranes, batteries, man-made membrane ), charged to prevent electronics agents (nylon, recording paper, polyester), sulfur exchange resin (membrane), pictorial Pharmacy (micro-patch), the gloss agent in electroplating, etc.
